Dr. R. Bryan and Amanda began helping the homeless community through the ministry of their former church. It was also there they learned the value of sharing a meal with others and how valuable that fellowship is. God placed the idea of providing food to individuals struggling with homelessness as a way to nourish them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Over the next several years they explored many different options before settling on a mobile food trailer. Tabitha, the Table 7three trailer, is a culmination of a calling and a dream come true.

Amanda currently serves as the Executive Director for Table 7three and you can often find Bryan on his Recteq smoking meat for a meal service.
